'Echo' Marble Seat by Furkan Depeli
Echo Marble Seat by sculptor Furkan Depeli, is conceived as a work of art rather than an object of function. The imprint that rests on its surface eternalizes the human silhouette within stone’s memory, marking a gesture of release, serenity, and surrender to nature.
By carrying the resonance of human presence into silent space, Echo confronts the permanence of marble with the transience of the body. It is not a seat to be used, but a form through which space itself acquires soul and meaning.
About the Artist
Furkan Depeli, a renowned sculptor whose original works have achieved national and international recognition, with permanent pieces across multiple countries. He has taken part in artistic projects in Germany, South Korea, and collaborated with various collective art groups. His sculptures can be found in Italy, Switzerland, South Korea, and Germany, alongside his participation in numerous exhibitions, art residencies, workshops, and symposiums worldwide.
As the co-founder of Raw Collective, Furkan Depeli is also the creator of our very first Raw x Artist collaboration piece: “Eco Marble Seat.”
